The end is near

Tuesday, April 29th, 2008

One final project is finished and I’ve got one more to go. My last semester of classes is nearing to an end. Academically, it hasn’t been the best semester I’ve ever had, but I certainly have learned a lot in the two advanced statistics classes. I’m very ready to move on to the next stage, which is even worse than taking classes: doing my own research. We’ll see how long my thesis takes me.

In any case, I was looking through the pictures and vidoes that we’ve taken over the winter, and I’ve realized that I’ve got some real gems. As soon as I find some time, I’ll be posting them up on flickr and blogging about them here.

Until then, enjoy Springtime!

Now THIS is what I’ve been waiting for

For the last ten years, since I’ve been in Boston, at school (I can’t believe I’ve never left this place), this has been the sign that the torture of the school year is almost done:

Flowering Trees. We didn’t really have many of these in Potsdam, where I grew up…. it was too cold, I guess.

These signal that spring has finally arrived, and in just a few days, the semester will be over and I’ll get my life back again.
